By accessing or using the DigiCast website, submitting a quote request, or purchasing our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
DigiCast supplies, installs and supports interactive flat panels, smart LED projectors, security sliding shutters, wooden puzzle toys and related smart classroom solutions. Product specifications, images and pricing on this website are indicative and may be updated without prior notice; final specifications and pricing are confirmed in your written quotation.
Quotations issued by DigiCast are valid for the period stated therein. Orders are confirmed only upon written acceptance of the quotation and, where applicable, receipt of advance payment as agreed.
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment terms, including advance and balance schedules, will be specified in your order confirmation or contract.
Delivery and installation timelines are estimates based on standard site conditions and are communicated at the time of order confirmation. Delays caused by site readiness, force majeure, or third-party dependencies are outside our direct control.
Products are covered by the manufacturer/DigiCast warranty period specified at the time of sale, covering manufacturing defects under normal use. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised repair, or natural disasters.
Orders placed via GeM or government tenders are additionally governed by the applicable tender document, GeM terms of purchase and relevant procurement regulations, which take precedence over these general terms in case of conflict.
White label and OEM arrangements are governed by a separate partnership agreement executed between DigiCast and the partner, covering branding rights, minimum order quantities, pricing and territory.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and product designs, is the property of DigiCast or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
DigiCast's liability for any claim arising from the sale or use of its products is limited to the value of the relevant order and does not extend to indirect or consequential losses.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where DigiCast's registered office is located.
